Christian music gave birth to a promising young act in 2001 with the rock band Formerly Blind. Long before that formative year, brothers Jared and Jason Tanner collaborated with one another in local youth groups until fulfilling the lineup with childhood friend Dave Docimo and finally with Jordan Hancock. Together, the foursome have produced a pair of favorable indie releases, splashed onto CCM airwaves, and are currently on the margin of their newest release “This Human Way.” Produced by rock mastermind Allen Salmon (This Beautiful Republic, Sanctus Real) the five-song offering shows spacious growth from previous works. Thanks to a steadfast work ethic, compassionate fans, and an Almighty God who hasn’t given up on them, Formerly Blind look forward to the future with certainty of success and an unquenchable fervor. Holiday World, Don Moore Downtown, and Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Owensboro PSC, proudly present the Formerly Blind, The Human Way EP CD Release Concert, Friday, December 14, 2007, at Bridgepointe Church in Owensboro, Kentucky.  The free concert will benefit Bouleware Mission by accepting donations of canned goods, non-perishable food items, personal hygiene products, coffee, laundry soap, etc. at the door.  Doors open at 7:00PM.
