Want to go somewhere that is safe, clean and you and your significant other can go to dance without some drunk guy falling all over you? Check out the Dallas Room! Owned and operated by J.R. Bradford, this remodeled Subaru dealership is the perfect size for dinner and dancing or just listening to some music. Catered by Creative Catering, down-home meals are prepared and served for only $6.00. Thursday and Friday nights feature JR and Linda playing hits from the 50s, 60s and vintage country. “Baby Boomer stuff.” Friday night, a country western band called Right Country packs the house. Sunday night is hosted by the Ohio Valley Couple and Singles Club with DJs Steve Horn and Brent Gardner. You can bring a date or find one there! Oh, and if you plan on stealing Guido, the chef who proudly stands outside Creative Catering’s building, the police know him, will catch you and will take you to jail!

Or, if you are feeling a bit jazzy, head on down to the old Zazu’s! Now named “Bacchus” (god of wine), it’s owned and operated by Mandy Jones. Bacchus exudes charm and charisma with a full selection of upscale wines and liquors and even entertainment. Come in Wednesdays for wine sampling, Thursdays are “Ladies Night” and check out the live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays. Bacchus opens at 11 a.m. except Friday when they open at 3 p.m. and are closed Sundays and Mondays.
