Kicking off at 6:30 p.m. on December 14, you will be treated to a plethora of local entertainment- variety show style. Local musical artist, Randy Lanham, will wow us with the beautiful music emanating from his violin. Various other club members and their children will be entertaining you as well, with the highlight of the night coming from the King himself---Elvis!! Local Elvis aficionado and impersonator, Brad McCrady (who also happens to be the Lions Club President), will once again deliver a spectacular Elvis inspired extravaganza! The theme to this year’s show is “Christmas through the Years” and you will no doubt be transported back in time as you listen to various Christmas inspired impersonations and performances.
Still searching for that perfect Christmas gift? Well you just might find it during the Silent Auction. Oodles of donations from several restaurants and entertainment venues have poured in, so be prepared to fight for that “dinner and a movie” basket, along with several others!! The winners of the Silent Auction will be announced at the end of the evening.
Perhaps you are not familiar with

The Christmas show will actually be hosted at the Wendell Foster Campus itself. The night before, Club members invite the residents to watch and enjoy their own special presentation of the show for themselves.
The wonderful thing about this evening is that 100% of the proceeds go to charity: half to the Wendell Foster Campus and half to the international organization. This truly is an excellent way to help those in need. So, take an evening off, relax, and enjoy a fantastic evening full of entertainment and good food, all while giving back and helping your fellow man.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for children ages 4-10 and children 3 and under are free. To purchase tickets or to make a donation, contact The Owensboro Evening Lions Club President, Brad McCrady at 270-315-2108 or send an email to brad@bradmccrady.com.
